Why do I have blurry night vision?

Especially when driving at night, my eye sight is getting progressively worse. During the daylight I have perfect vision. I can read a road sign from hundreds of feet away. But at night, I see double or triple of everything out of each eye. This also goes for anything illuminated, like a TV or computer screen.

I believe this is called Night Blindness. It is a common eye disorder, and you’ll need to see an optomistrist before driving after dark any more.

Welcome to the world of growing older. Our eyes no longer react as quickly as they used to. It could be that your eyes are just tired.
I work at a computer most of the day, and it may take an hour or two for my eyes to readjust to the ‘normal’ world after I leave work. I just had my eye exam this week, and the doctor said for someone my age this was fairly normal, even though my eyes are otherwise healthy.
Just to be on the safe side, it wouldn’t hurt for you to schedule a complete eye exam. If there is a problem it can be detected and treated. If it’s just "one of those things…" the doctor can reassure you.

    Here’s looking at you, kid!
