Which console should I get Modern Warfare 2 for?
I have 200 dollars, and I can still buy the Prestige edition for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, but only for 360. I want to buy the Prestige edition, and really badly. Only because it's a limited edition. I only have one person on my friends list who has MW2 in my 360, unfortunately. If I don't get it for the 360, I have the option of buying the Hardened edition for the PS3, and a new controller. Since my old ones are crappy, aren't even Dualshock 3 controllers and the analogs are messed up. I have over 7 friends with MW2 on the PS3, but my PS3 is shared with my two brothers. One plays every night, which would mean less game time for MW2, as opposed to the 360 where I would have unlimited game time.
Pros for PS3
I have around 7 or more friends with the game.
I get a new controller, maybe two.
I don't have to pay for the internet.
My brothers get to play it too.
Pros for 360
I get to play whenever I want.
I don't have to deal with invites when I don't want them.
I get the Night Vision Goggles.
I get Call of Duty for the 360--free download.
I get Prestige edition, dammit.
Cons for the PS3
No Prestige edition. =[
Cons for the 360
I have to pay to play online.
No friends with the game, other than one.
I have to wait longer to get it.
I have to worry about the RRoD, even though I've never had it before.
I have to spend money on batteries for the controllers, since I don't have the charge kits.

I have an 80GB Ps3 and an Elite Xbox 360. Which console should I get it for?
I personally don't think the 360 has better gameplay or graphics over the PS3. And the PS3 servers for MW2 are back up now, so that's not an issue anymore.
I want people to give me answers based on my pros and cons, along with that little paragraph that said most of my pros and cons in it. Kind of redundant, but I don't care. The point is that I don't want any fan-boy answers over the PS3 and the 360. I want actual answers that involve my question's problem. So far there have been a few, and I really appreciate it. I need some more, though. Thanks.

in all fairness …. you should get the prestige edition for the xbox:)
the graphics are better online:)
the experience of the game is better:)
the gameplay is much smoother:)

ps3. You have more friends there.It would be funner to play with your friend than playing by yourself. It is like hanging out with your friend all the time or getting everything you want but not leaving your house. Also you don’t have to pay for online. I hope i helped you.

Umm… so I really don’t know much, I’m a girl haha. But my brother has that game on xbox 360 =D. Idk, maybe you should consider this, if the game’s purpose is to play online, then I’d buy it on PS3 cause of how many friends have it and put a schedule maybe, so your brothers don’t tell you to let them play while you are. If not, you should sonsider the graphics and all that stuff. But if it’s not the first I’d go for x box cause it has more pros

dude seriously get the 360 sure u have to pay to play but if u look at ps3′s online its garbage. so since u pay for your online on the 360 u’ll have a better experience…trust me

X BOX. besides all you need to do is find someone who knows how to fix RRoD. I know a guy who charges 20 bucks, it actually only costs $3 to fix but its a butt load of work. Microsoft charges 100

360 your freiendas will probably have it around christmas or something. 360 has the most people on its networking system ever. its worth it and the graphics are ebtter than the PS3′s ones. thats true to the soul cya
