Does using sunglasses the whole day improve your vision during night?
I have read an article that says, wearing sunglasses can improve night vision. Is this true?

Hmm.. I’m not really sure but I do know that they relax your eyes and you won’t damage them with the harmful UV RAYS so maybe/possibly this could be true!

No, it is nearer the truth to say continual wearing of sunglasses during daylight hours weakens your eyes.

Yes I agree with the article. UV rays destroy our eyes but we cannot just notice it. We feel the effect only if we get old.. A study really proved that. this is a very helpful article.
