If you are using image enhancing night vision binoculars in the day, they will blind you. This kind of night vision makes use of collecting particals of light and amplifying them to allow you to see in the dark. If you use them in the daytime, all the light around you will be amplified and will blind you.
If you are using thermal imaging night vision, you might able to see in the daytime depending on the temperature of things around you, because thermal imaging lets you see heat. The hotter things are, the brighter the image will be. Say you’re in Death Valley, New Mexico and you use this type of night vision glasses, you will blinded by the thermal imaging because it’s very hot. If you’re at the North Pole or close to it, you probably won’t be able to see anything from with night vision because it’s really cold.
