		<description>Possibly (you seem to be referring ti both night vision and infra-red or heat vision), however infra-red can see through wall, so if your windows are opaque they can still see you through the walls, not to mention DARPA is working on a device that detects heartbeats. Which means they probably already have it and could use two of them to triangulate a sniper shot to hit a heart through a wall.

		<description>Yes they would be able too.  However if the police or military need to look into your home more than likely they will use FLIR ( Forward Looking Infrared ) or Thermal Imaging.  If you&#039;re not doing anythign wrong you have nothing to worry about.</description>
